Kilimani has been built up quickly, and a lot of what we see there is first-generation defects in recent developments: fittings that were installed to a deadline, instant heaters undersized for the flat, and waste runs laid at a marginal fall that block as soon as the building is fully occupied.
If your building is still within its defects liability period, tell us — some of this is the developer’s responsibility, and we will say so rather than quietly bill you for it.
